Al Gore’s Climate Change Book

Today, former Vice President and Nobel Prize winner Al Gore releases his latest book, Our Choice: A Plan to Solve the Climate Crisis. The book is a call to action to solve environmental issues and serves as a follow-up to his 2006 book, An Inconvenient Truth. Gore outlines the changes private citizens and government officials can make, but critics are already attacking Gore for not practicing what he preaches. Last week, everyone from animal-rights group PETA to conservative pundit Glenn Beck criticized Gore for continuing to support the environmentally crippling system of factory farming by eating an omnivorous diet.
